We rely on Server Intellect, a nationally recognized secure 3rd party
hosting provider, to maintain our network and application
infrastructure. The data centers are SAS 70 Type II Certified, meeting industry-recognized requirements for security and reliability.
Data is segregated such that your information cannot be viewed by other
customers or even employees in the data center. For support
issues, we do not have access to your account, and will schedule a time
to coordinate an online meeting where we can assist you on your own PC
so that you never need to share your password or sensitive information.
All network traffic between our server and your computer is 128-bit SSL
encrypted.
We protect your billing information
We rely on PayPal, an industry leader in online payment processing, to handle billing. We do not at any time retain your credit card information in our databases.
